Shipping and delivery

Processing Time:
Every piece in my shop is handcrafted with care. Orders take 2–5 business days to prepare before shipping.
During busy seasons, this may extend slightly — but I will always let you know if there’s a delay.

Shipping Methods:
All orders ship through USPS or UPS, depending on size and destination.
Tracking numbers will be provided for all packages.

Delivery Time:
Shipping times vary by location, but generally fall between 3–7 business days within the United States.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once a package is shipped, delivery times are outside my control. If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please contact USPS or UPS first, then message me so I can help.

Address Errors:
Please double-check your shipping address. I cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
