All sales are considered final, as I am a small artist-owned business and each piece is handmade.
However, I want you to be genuinely happy with your order.

If there is an issue with your item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will review your case.

Returns and Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

• The item must be in original, unused condition.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after I receive and inspect the returned item.
If the item arrives damaged, used, or altered, I may decline the refund.
